Using this website
This website shares information about Dezine Optical’s eye care services, eyewear and how to reach us. The frames shown online are a small sample of what we carry in store, and availability changes. Text us if you are looking for something specific.
Booking online
Choosing a time and sending the form is a request. We hold the time for you and contact you to confirm it. If we need to suggest a different time, we will send you a link to accept it or pick another. Your appointment is confirmed once you receive our confirmation.
Changing or cancelling
You can cancel or change your request from the link in your confirmation message, or by calling us. Please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the time to someone else.
Urgent eye problems
Online booking is not for emergencies. If you have sudden vision loss, flashes of light, a curtain over your vision or an eye injury, call us at (905) 306-0740 or go to the nearest emergency department.
