The people here are wonderful, and so polite. The doctor who did my eye examination was friendly and patient with me, and for the first time ever I got to see what the inside of my eyes looked like. Later when I picked out my frames, the lady who helped me was patient and helped me pick out petite frames that suited my face. Thank you so much to the both of you, I can't wait to pick up my new glasses this week.

  Both me and my mom had an excellent experience with Dr Ladha and his team. My mom speaks only Hindi/Urdu and Dr Ladha was kind enough to walk through the entire eye exam and its findings to her in Hindi. He is a very personable and well spoken man and makes you feel extremely comfortable. The receptionist here is very professional and helpful. All eye frames, desks, and eye exam equipment is thoroughly cleaned before and after every eye exam, which made us feel safe. They also carry an amazing collection of designer frames. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for all eye care needs.

  I've been to so many eye exams before but no one ever came up with a prescription more fitting than this one (by Dr. Murad Ladha). I always had to adjust to new prescriptions before which is so annoying. This time however it came out so clear, both for distance and reading. I also bought the glasses here at Dezine Optical and it arrived in time as promised. I also ordered prescription sunglasses. I didn't get it at the same time as the regular glasses but I can't blame them because I requested a colour change after they sent the order. Yes, I can recommended this location to my friends and to anyone for that matter.
