I've been to so many eye exams before but no one ever came up with a prescription more fitting than this one (by Dr. Murad Ladha). I always had to adjust to new prescriptions before which is so annoying. This time however it came out so clear, both for distance and reading. I also bought the glasses here at Dezine Optical and it arrived in time as promised. I also ordered prescription sunglasses. I didn't get it at the same time as the regular glasses but I can't blame them because I requested a colour change after they sent the order. Yes, I can recommended this location to my friends and to anyone for that matter.

  Highly recommend this place , I went for self Eye checkup and the Doctor was too good and explained everything in detail. He examined completely with all latest equipments. The entire staff is amazing and the Best service.

  Great customer service from everyone, especially Dr. Ladda. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing, and showed diagrams and models. I appreciated how the doctor took his time and asking if I had questions. Very highly recommended.

  Had an appointment but busy with my day realized only 2 hours after that I missed it. I called them about rescheduling when they advised that they can accommodate the eye exam at 7:30pm (noting they closed at 7pm typically) I was glad as my old prescription was past due and this was going above and beyond. Dr. Landhu, Optometrist has amazing bed side manner, listened to my medical condition and concerns, and provided good vibes all around. He also has the latest equipment in the shop and was very thorough. I picked out a pair of glasses in my budget and i'm looking forward to them. I would recommend this place with all your eye concerns.

  Best optical ever. I have never had such a great doctor in my life, he knows what he’s doing, he has the best testing machines that you won’t find them in other place. Great treatment and so ethically They have good and nice collection of glasses’ frames. I have brought my whole family to Dezine Optical and recommend it to all of my friends.

  Nice doctor, nice place, good technology, excellent. The Doctor speaks a little Spanish and took picture of my eye.He was very attentive, patience explained clearly about the back of my eye. I definitely would highly recommend best optometrist in mississauga and best prices too.

  After conducting the eye exams and a few tests, Dr. Ladha explained everything in detail. They offered excellent customer service and we noticed that the place was clean and the equipment was sanitized after each test exam. We ordered some frames along with the lenses from the variety they had at the outlet, with reasonable prices. After this great experience at Dezine Optical Outlet, I would highly recommend this place to all.

  I always get my contact lenses for myself and my friend and they do it really fast. It does not need long time waiting. they're really good and professional. Very good service. I also got my eyeglasses fix and they did a really amazing job. highly recommend to check there place
